The Process

To ensure that we continually give the best transportation service, we strictly follow the adjacent procedure:

Utilize a driver screening program- DOT, Background checks, and Finger press.
Thoroughly train our drivers- lxxx+ hours of teaching prior to completing get-go transport.
Adhere to a regularly scheduled, written vehicle maintenance plan
Ensure that vehicles are inspected and washed daily. Also cleaned and disinfected after each ship.
Equip each vehicle with 2-way communication, GPS/Tablets, and power systems for gurney'south/wheelchair lifts.
Meet/exceed local, country and industry insurance requirements

Recently my Grandma's wellness deteriorated such that the family was concerned whether she would go far or not and was transported 3x in October (twice past GMTcare). GMT is efficient! They have make clean vehicles! You will not exist disappointed. They have slap-up customer service skills as well.

GMT transported a patient to my facility and their staff was bang-up problem solvers. They had additional supplies delivered from their office and waited over an hr until the proper equipment was delivered for the patient. Not only did they take good care of the patient, they also went to a higher place and beyond to evangelize fantabulous customer service to fix a problem they did not create and had a expert attitude nearly working belatedly. Their wonderful customer service skills saved the patient from having to get back to the hospital. Cheers!

Thank you Isis (hope I'k spelling that correctly!) for saving the day on 1/17/19 for much-needed transport for ane of my patients. No other transportation company in the Valley could complete this task when a well-known vendor who cancelled at the last infinitesimal left my patient stranded. GMT did it without case.
